Q. Is there a minimum reservation booking time?
A. Yes. You are required to book for at least three hours.
Q. What is the deposit for?
A. Please understand we receive an influx of reservation inquires. We use the deposit to hold your spot. In the event you cancel, the deposit goes to the sitter for reserving time in their day to accommodate for your reservation.
Q. How does payment work?
A. Payment will be explained at the time of your reservation confirmation!
Q. Are sitters allowed to enter the ocean with children?
A. Unfortunately, no. We do not allow sitters to go into the ocean with children.
Q. Are sitters allowed to watch my children on the beach?
A. Yes! Sitters can watch the children on the sand but cannot enter the ocean.
Q. Can my childcare provider swim in the pool with my child(ren)?
A. Yes! However, please allow time for the sitter to get themselves back together afterwards!
Q. Are sitters vaccinated?
A. We do not require my sitters to be vaccinated.
Q. What areas do you service?
A. We service Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head.
Q. What if I am staying outside of the areas listed above?
A. If you are staying outside of the areas listed above, send us a message and we will see what we can do.
Q. How many sitters do I need?
A. This will depend on a variety of things.
